These terms apply when you use this website, run by Sen Space (“we”, “us”). By using the site, creating an account or buying something, you agree to them.

Educational use only

Everything on Sen Space, including the notes, dose cards, checklists, flashcards, posters and planners, is a study aid for education and revision. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for clinical judgement, supervision, local protocols, the Australian Medicines Handbook, eTG or product information.

Content is written as study material, not clinical guidance, and may contain errors or become out of date. Always check doses and management against current, authoritative sources and your local guidelines before applying anything to patient care. Don’t use the site in an emergency.

Your account

Give an accurate email address and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Accounts are for one person. Don’t share your login.
Don’t post patient-identifying information anywhere on the site, including in tasks or reviews.

Membership

Membership costs A$60 a year (including GST where it applies) and gives access to members-only notes and features, the notes bundle at no extra cost, and a discount on other store products.
It renews automatically each year on the same date until you cancel. We’ll email you before a renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. You’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and won’t be charged again.
If we change the price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
Features shown as “coming soon” aren’t included in what you pay for until they launch.

Store purchases

Products are digital files (PDFs, CSVs and template links). After payment you can download them from the site.
Prices are in Australian dollars. Member discounts apply only while your membership is active.
Refunds are covered by our refunds policy.

Using the content

The site’s content belongs to us or is used with permission. Illustrations from Servier Medical Art are used under the CC BY 4.0 licence and credited where they appear. When you buy a product or join, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own study. You may print copies for yourself. You may not:

share, upload, sell or redistribute the notes or files, or give others access to your account;
copy large parts of the site, or scrape it with automated tools;
pass the content off as your own or use it to build a competing product.

Reviews and other things you post

You keep ownership of reviews you write, but you let us display them on the site. Reviews must be honest, about your own experience, and free of personal information, offensive content and advertising. We review them before they appear and may decline or remove them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we may update, add or remove content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without good reason, we’ll refund any unused part of your membership.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content, including in clinical settings, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. If we update them, we’ll change the date at the top; continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms. Questions? Email hello@example.com.
